The event gathered over 260 industry partners from automotive, embodied AI, and chip design sectors. Industry leaders agreed that foundry competition has shifted from pure capacity and pricing to solution-based services, with collaboration as the key driver.

GTA Semiconductor operates two fabs in Lingang and Xuhui, holds German automotive quality standard A-level certification, and boasts full automotive-grade chip manufacturing qualifications. The company has achieved breakthroughs in SiC MOSFET, high-voltage IGBT, advanced BCD, and 40/28nm logic processes.

In memory technology, GTA runs three parallel paths: eFlash, SONOS, and RRAM. SONOS stands out for strong process compatibility, low integration cost, and mature mass production data, serving high-reliability and cost-sensitive applications. GTA is building a one-stop specialty foundry service covering storage, control, drive, and power.
